The software that holds our own operation up
We did not build a product to sell and then use it a bit. We built what we needed to run our own call centre, and it turned out other people needed it too.
Turn on what you need, when you need it
Every module works on its own. You do not pay for quality assurance until you have someone to review the calls.
Core
Contacts, campaigns, users, departments, groups, extensions and call history. The backbone everything else hangs from.
- Full call history with recordings
- Teams, campaigns and extensions
- Agent statistics
Real-time monitoring
What is happening right now: live calls, queues, who is on a call and for how long.
- Wallboard for supervisors
- Live queue status
- Listen in on an active call
CRM and support
Tickets with pipelines, knowledge base and automations, so nothing gets lost between one shift and the next.
- Kanban board with SLAs
- Round-robin assignment by campaign and group
- Knowledge base for agents
Asistencia
Clock, shifts, schedules, timesheets, adherence, overtime and payroll. The part nobody sells and everybody needs.
- Clock in and out with review of exceptions
- Automatic schedule and shift generation
- Accrued pay per period, visible to each person
Quality assurance
Call evaluation against your own rubric, with feedback that reaches the agent and the supervisor.
- Configurable indicators and critical errors
- Evaluation of recorded and live calls
- Monitoring time per analyst
Your data is yours, and only yours
Every company lives in its own space, with its own phone system credentials, its own users and its own reports. There is no shared view and no "almost isolated": a query that cannot prove which company it belongs to returns nothing.
Separate phone system
Each company uses its own RingCentral account. Nothing is inherited from anyone.
Roles that actually restrict
Agent, supervisor, HR, quality and administration each see their own scope.
Auditable history
Manual adjustments to timesheets and payroll leave a trail with who, when and why.
Bilingual interface
English and Spanish, switchable per user.
